Due to the size and weight of this item, freight shipping is calculated separately based on your delivery address.

Once your order is submitted, Wells Concrete Works will review the order and contact you with the final freight shipping cost and your total purchase price.

Please do not submit payment until you have received and approved your final freight shipping quote.

Freight charges are subject to the carrier’s rates and may vary depending on the delivery location and shipping requirements.

Shipping & Delivery Inspection

Wells Concrete Works will help address any shipping damage as quickly as possible. However, any claim for loss or damage that occurs during transit must be reported to the carrier immediately.

Upon delivery, please follow these steps:

• Inspect the shipment carefully for any visible damage to the exterior of the crate or packaging.
• Contact Wells Concrete Works immediately if you notice any damage.
• Open and inspect the crate while the driver is still present, even if there is no visible exterior damage.
• Document all damage on the bill of lading and have the delivery driver sign it. Please also take clear photographs of the damage.

Prompt inspection and documentation are important to ensure that any shipping damage can be properly addressed.
